I currently provide video sessions only via a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, and am able to work with anyone located in Illinois.

  • If you have an inkling that you might be experiencing OCD (or have more than an inkling and are seeking a formal diagnosis), we can meet for a 55-minute assessment. I will listen without judgment, ask follow-up questions to learn more, and ultimately let you know whether you meet criteria for an OCD diagnosis. This information may be all you’re looking for at the moment, or I’ll provide recommendations if you are ready to take the next step.

  • A typical session length is 55 minutes, and most clients benefit from starting with 1-2 sessions weekly and gradually reducing frequency over time as they progress in their ability to implement ERP independently. However, treatment plans are highly personalized. If you wish to continue working together following our first session, I will make a recommendation and we’ll decide together how to move forward.

  • I am an in-network provider with Aetna, BCBS PPO, Blue Choice, and United/Optum. I am unable to accept Medicaid or Medicare plans. Please verify mental health benefits with your insurance provider.

    If you are paying out of pocket, my rates per 55-minute session are as follows:

    Intake/Assessment (our first session together): $160

    Therapy Session: $150
